Big Kahuna Reef is all about the rewards. As you create matches to break the boxes, you are rewarded with extra points and an increase in the height of your "Tiki Totem". The highest level the Totem can reach occurs after 51 box-breaking matches in a row. Pay attention to the timer, which is located in the lower right corner of the screen. The timer is basically a Tiki Head featuring a mouth full of colored liquid. As the level progresses, the liquid slowly drains from the Tiki's mouth. If all of the liquid disappears, you have lost the level. Of course, if you’re not into this kind of pressure, you can always play the game in "relaxed mode".
Point of Game: Break all of the boxes on each level before time runs out.
Quick Instructions: Move game pieces into matches of three or more so that they fall in a either a vertical or a horizontal straight line. Make sure you do this on top of the boxes, as this is what will eventually cause them to break.
Good For: Clock watchers, box breakers, and Tiki torchers.
Tip: Check out the "Mouse Party" play mode, which allows you to have up to eight players at once on the same computer!
