      • My game crashes or freezes my computer during gameplay. What should I do?

We recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the individual games of interest at www.MostFun.com.

If your problem persists, the underlying cause is usually that a particular game will not run properly on your PC configuration (e.g., operating system, graphic card, Flash version). Though MostFun.com continuously tests and investigates gameplay issues with our game suppliers, some scenarios are difficult to resolve. We apologize for any difficulties you encounter with a specific game title, but encourage you to play another game of interest.

If no MostFun.com game will play correctly for you, your PC configuration is likely the source of the incompatibility (such as an unsupported operating system or game installations on the D: drive).

      • I see a virus, firewall, or spyware warning when I try to download a game. What should I do?

The MostFun.com team tests all of its games to screen for viruses and spyware before releasing them for use by customers. If you are concerned about a virus/spyware/firewall warning, however, do not proceed with your game download.

You should be aware that there are a few possible instances in which a false warning can be triggered:

        • Infrequently, antivirus or spyware detection vendors update their software programs with modifications that trigger false warnings.
        • Some software packages routinely trigger firewall warnings referencing MostFun.com when a request is made by a MostFun.com game to the internet to download files to enable gameplay. You can permit these requests to occur by selecting the "unblock" option when prompted by your computer.
